What payment methods do you accept?

• PayPal
Paying with PayPal is as easy as it gets. Use your PayPal account for a swift & save money-transfer. If possible Orders payed with PayPal are send out the same business-day.
• Credit/Debit Card
Online payments are handled by SagePay, our secure internet payment service for all credit and debit card payments. Protx are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK and operate to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers. If you select to pay via SagePay the delivery address for your order must be the same as your billing address, if the addresses are different your order will be immediately refunded. The billing address should be exactly the same address that is on the statement of the credit/debit card you are using to make your purchase.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes, purchasers must be at least sixteen years of age if an order contains aerosol paint, markers or inks. The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and customers accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

Do you deliver outside the U.K.?
Currently we are only able to deliver to U.K. addresses.

What are your delivery rates?
The delivery fee is calculated automatically and can be viewed by clicking the ‘Shoppingcart' icon. The charge is determined according to the weight and the destination of the items.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order, after the payment has been settled.
Dispatch schedule:- Monday-Friday morning.

To speed up the delivery-time, please pay with an instant payment method like SagePay or PayPal, please allow 3 businessdays to process a normal Bank-Transfer payment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery, where possible we will notify of any delays by email.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered.

I am still awaiting my order what should I do?
Most products are usually delivered in 3-4 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to five days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot take any action until this time has expired. Please fill out the ‘Questions About Orders' form if you do not receive your item(s) within 5 days of purchase so that we may help to retrieve your goods.

Do you recommend the usage of a paint filter mask?
We strongly advise customers to read all safety precautions on the individual cans before usage, we support the wearing of paint masks whenever using aerosol paint and stock a wide selection to cater for all users.
